To safeguard your property
and ensure your security while using Corporate Cyberbanking, please
note the following:

1.
|
Do not disclose your PIN
to any person at any time. In particular, do not send your PIN
to anyone via e-mail and never assign the same PIN to access other
services.
|
|
2.
|
Call BEA immediately if you
suspect any unauthorised usage of your PIN or access to your Corporate
Cyberbanking account and confirm notification to BEA in writing.
|
|
3.
|
Do not furnish your PIN to
anyone under any circumstances who claims to represent BEA in
any capacity or claims to be a BEA employee or other authorised
person. It is not necessary for any BEA employee or representative
to obtain your PIN from you.
|
|
4.
|
Log out from the service
and clear browser cache after every Corporate Cyberbanking session.
|
|
5.
|
Do not leave your computer
unattended while using Corporate Cyberbanking.
|
|
6.
|
Do not access Corporate Cyberbanking
through public terminals. Such terminals may have had hacker programmes
installed.
|
|
7.
|
Change your PIN immediately
when used for the first time and destroy any printed documents
that display PIN information.
|
|
8.
|
Do not use your identity
card number, telephone number, date of birth, driving license
number, or popular number sequence (such as 987654 or 123456)
as your new PIN.
|
|
9.
|
Do not write down your PIN
- memorise it.
|
|
10.
|
Be alert to your surroundings
before logging into your Corporate Cyberbanking account or authorising
any transaction. Make sure no one sees your PIN.
|
|
11.
|
Change your PIN on a regular
basis, at least once every 30 days.
|
|
12.
|
To safeguard your computer
from any hacker attack, install anti-virus and anti-spyware software
on your computer and update it regularly. Setting up a personal
firewall can also prevent the chance of a hacker attack more effectively.
|
|
13.
|
Be aware of any spyware or
malicious software that might be installed in your computer. Spyware
or malicious software may expose sensitive data to third parties.
Seek advice from a technical expert before installing any software
from a suspect source.
|
|
14.
|
Avoid accessing Corporate
Cyberbanking via external proxy servers to prevent the risk of
disclosing sensitive data to third parties.
|
|
15.
|
Corporate Cyberbanking (“CCB”) will alert customers via email and/or SMS whenever they complete a high-risk transaction online, such as transferring fund to an unregistered third-party account. And please ensure that the following transaction details shown in the Email/SMS are the same as your instruction.
- BEA Identity Message
- Transaction Amount
- Beneficiary Account

To perform high-risk transactions online, you must have a valid email address and/or phone number on record for the relevant CCB account. Please contact your CCB System Administrator for assistance and ensure that the record is up to date at all times.
|
|
17.
|
The daily withdrawal limit for fund transfers conducted via your CCB account to non-designated third party accounts will be reset to zero if you have not conducted a transaction with such an account via your CCB account for a year. If you would like to define the corresponding daily withdrawal limit, please contact your account opening branch.

For
customers using digital certificates in connection with Corporate
Cyberbanking, please note the following:

|
1.
|
Store
the digital certificate in a floppy disk or smart card, and place
it in your computer's disk drive or card reader only when necessary.
In addition, keep the floppy disk or smart card in a safe and
secure environment when not in use.
|
|
2.
|
Do
not use the same PIN for Corporate Cyberbanking and the digital
certificate. Be sure to change your PIN on a regular basis.
|
|
3.
|
Notify
BEA and the relevant Certification Authority immediately if you
suspect any unauthorised use of your digital certificate.
|
|
(The Customer understands
and agrees that the failure on the part of the Customer to comply
with any one of the above precautionary measures may lead to a
security breach and BEA shall not in any event be held liable
for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer as a consequence
thereof.)
